AN ACT CONCERNING FEES FOR ELECTRONICALLY-TRANSMITTED ENTERTAINMENT EVENT TICKETS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit entertainment establishments and ticket brokers from charging a fee for event tickets that are transmitted electronically.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect consumers by prohibiting fees for electronically-transmitted tickets.
