AN ACT CONCERNING EXTERMINATION OF BED BUGS IN PUBLIC HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to outline rights and responsibilities of tenants and housing authorities in the event of bed bug infestations.
Statement of Purpose:
To create guidelines and procedures to exterminate bed bugs in public housing.
