25 | 25 | That section 8-129 of the general statutes be amended to provide that if the average amount of two independent appraisals of real property to be acquired by eminent domain for school construction is less than the property valuation for such real property according to the most recent grand list, then the amount of compensation for such real property shall be equal to the property valuation on such grand list. | |
