23 | 23 | AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN MUNICIPALITIES FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS ACT. | |

25 | 25 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

27 | 27 | That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to exempt municipalities from the provisions of said section in such locations not depicted in their housing affordability plan, provided such municipality has a housing affordability plan approved by their legislative body that includes a commitment to increasing affordable housing stock that is demonstrated by: (1) Establishing incentive housing zones pursuant to chapter 124b of the general statutes, (2) establishing inclusionary zoning regulations pursuant to section 8-2i of the general statutes, (3) establishing inclusionary zoning fees, (4) establishing an affordable housing trust fund, or (5) developing zoning districts or floating zones that allow multi-family housing. | |
