AN ACT CONCERNING UNIFORM AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE RATES ACROSS THE STATE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require automobile insurance premium amounts to be the same regardless of where the motor vehicle is garaged in the state.
Statement of Purpose:
To require automobile insurance premiums be equal regardless of where the motor vehicle is garaged in the state.
