25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to prohibit (1) insurance companies from requiring a prescription drug to be prescribed more than once for a specific insured before such insured's health care provider may prescribe a different prescription drug for such insured, and (2) anyone other than the insured's treating health care provider from assigning off-label prescription drug regimens for an insured. | |
