AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF THE "CONNECTICUT BENEFIT CORPORATION ACT".
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for the adoption of the "Connecticut Benefit Corporation Act".
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the establishment of benefit corporations in the state.
