2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 52-184c of the general statutes be amended to require any physician who is not licensed in the state to apply for and obtain an expert witness certificate from the Department of Public Health prior to rendering expert opinion testimony in a medical malpractice action tried in the state.
