| 25 | 25 | That (1) section 51-15 of the general statutes be amended to increase from five thousand dollars to ten thousand dollars the permissible damages threshold in a small claims action, and (2) that section 52-259 of the general statutes be amended to provide that the entry fee for a small claims action exceeding five thousand dollars but not exceeding ten thousand dollars shall be one hundred fifty dollars. | |
