AN ACT CONCERNING THE LOCAL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the definition of "Local Capital Improvement Fund" in section 7-536 of the general statutes be expanded to include the acquisition of 12-lead electrocardiogram machines.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to request reimbursement from the Local Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of 12-lead electrocardiogram machines.
