2121 AN ACT EXPANDING THE MINIMUM BUDGET REQUIREMENT.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to expand the minimum budget requirement to apply to senior centers and to further provide that when such centers experience an increase in the cost of employee benefits that will cause a corresponding shortfall in excess of one per cent in the funding available for another item in such center's budget, the municipality in which such center is located shall provide funding to resolve the shortfall.
