AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOL CAFETERIA INSPECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require local health departments to notify parents and guardians of school children when a serious health code violation has been found during a school cafeteria inspection.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide information to parents and guardians concerning the results of school cafeteria inspections.
