2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 528 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to study, within available appropriations, the feasibility of installing a camera in each vehicle primarily used by a state or municipal police department as a patrol car.
