AN ACT CONCERNING THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT FUND AND THE STATE EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the transfer of funds from the Teachers' Retirement Fund to the State Employees Retirement Fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent transferring funds from the Teachers' Retirement Fund to the State Employees Retirement Fund.
