AN ACT CONCERNING CORPORATE SECURITY DEPOSITS FOR UTILITY SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require each municipal utility to create a plan for expediting the refund of corporate security deposits for utility service.
Statement of Purpose:
To require municipal utilities to return corporate security deposits in a timely manner.
