AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF PERSONS WHO SERVE AS HUNTING OR FISHING GUIDES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require any person who serves as a hunting or fishing guide to annually register with the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and that such registration fee be fifty dollars for in-state guides and one hundred dollars for out-of-state guides.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the registration of persons who serve as hunting and fishing guides.
