2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE PORTABILITY OF LICENSES TO SELL FOODS AT FARMERS' MARKETS IN THE STATE.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to authorize a vendor of goods or food who has a license from a municipality or regional health department to sell such goods or food at a farmers' market to sell the same goods or food at any other farmers' market in the state during the same calendar year subject to reasonable restrictions of the host municipality.
