25 | 25 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

27 | 27 | That the general statutes be amended to authorize vessels less than twenty-two feet in length to travel at greater than slow, no-wake speeds or twenty miles per hour on weekdays and thirty miles per hour on weekends when approaching, passing and being within seventy-five feet of any wharf, pier or dock in the city of Hartford between the railroad bridge north of Bulkeley Bridge over the Connecticut River and the southern limits of Hartford. Also, to redefine the term "pier" to exclude bridge abutments that are in a waterway. | |
