AN ACT CONCERNING COTTAGE FOOD PRODUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the production of local foods in communities.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage cottage food production in order to provide community choice, variety and local economic benefits.
