2427 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EARLIER START TO THE TROUT FISHING SEASON.

2629 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(NEW) (Effective from passage) For any trout fishing season beginning on or after the effective date of this section, the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall change the opening day of such open season from the third Saturday in April to the first Saturday in April.
