AN ACT CONCERNING CONCESSIONS PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to exempt concessions provided by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection from the general requirement that such concessions be provided by the Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection with greater flexibility in providing its concessions.
