AN ACT AUTHORIZING WATER POLLUTION CONTROL AUTHORITIES TO ISSUE BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22a-507 of the general statutes be amended to authorize water pollution control authorities to issue bonds for the purpose of stormwater management.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide towns with a way to fund stormwater management.
