AN ACT AUTHORIZING A LIMITED BEAR HUNTING SEASON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to direct the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to allow bear hunting by lottery for a fee.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a limited bear hunting season.
