3535 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3737 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection to restore the waters of the Middle and Lower Bolton Lakes in order to remediate the severe algae and aquatic plant infestation and to make corrective inter-lake drainage alterations, if necessary.
