AN ACT REQUIRING RIDING STABLE TRAINERS TO HAVE CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require riding stable trainers to have CPR and basic first aid training.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve accident responses by riding stable trainers at equestrian facilities.
