3737 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3939 That the general statutes be amended to enable the New Haven Medical District to use the Multiple State/Local Tax Increment Financing (MTIF) a blend of property tax, sales and income taxes, dedicating forty per cent to certain state and local tax revenue streams. The revenue would be used to supplement cash flows and enable infrastructure and gap financing.
