AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF PENSIONS AND SOCIAL SECURITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to phase in an exemption from personal income tax for income received from pensions and Social Security.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate income taxes on Social Security and pension income.
