AN ACT CONCERNING THE JOB EXPANSION TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217pp of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the requirement that employers apply for the tax credit through the Department of Economic and Community Development.
Statement of Purpose:
To make the employers more likely to utilize the program and increase employment for the unemployed.
