AN ACT CONCERNING REPORTING REQUIREMENTS FOR TAX EXPENDITURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Revenue Services to provide a report on tax expenditures made through use of tax credits and tax credit refunds for businesses.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a report on tax expenditures made through use of tax credits and tax credit refunds for businesses.
