AN ACT CONCERNING AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE PREMIUM RATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce the premium rates for private passenger motor vehicle insurance policies for individuals garaging their motor vehicles in urban areas.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce the premium rates for private passenger motor vehicle insurance policies for individuals garaging their motor vehicles in urban areas.
