AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROFESSIONAL CORPORATIONS WITH LICENSED PHYSICIANS AND PODIATRISTS AS ITS SHAREHOLDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 33-182a of the general statutes be amended to permit the establishment of a professional corporation that has licensed physicians and podiatrists as its shareholders.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the establishment of a professional corporation that has licensed physicians and podiatrists as its shareholders.
