AN ACT CONCERNING THE VOTES REQUIRED TO APPROVE BUDGETS AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS BY COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP COMMUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that common interest ownership communities count only votes actually cast for approval of budgets and special assessments.
