AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE AND MANUFACTURE OF CERTAIN FIREARM MAGAZINES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the sale or manufacture of firearm magazines with a capacity of ten rounds or greater except for military or police purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale or manufacture of firearm magazines with a capacity of ten rounds or greater except for military or police purposes.
