AN ACT CONCERNING RENEWAL OF PISTOL AND REVOLVER PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a person to renew a state permit to carry a pistol or revolver or an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver every two years, rather than every five years as currently provided.
Statement of Purpose:
To require renewal of pistol and revolver permits every two years.
