AN ACT INCREASING THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to increase the threshold amount for construction projects required to abide by prevailing wage laws to five million dollars for new construction and one million dollars for remodeling.
Statement of Purpose:
To amend the current prevailing wage thresholds.
