AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR THE TOWN AID ROAD PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to establish and collect a ten-dollar charge on registered vehicles.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide a source of revenue to pay for roads.
