| 27 | 27 | That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to issue a certificate, for a fee of one hundred fifty dollars, to health care providers who provide expert testimony in medical malpractice actions pursuant to section 52-184c of the general statutes. | |
