2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to issue a certificate, for a fee of one hundred fifty dollars, to health care providers who provide expert testimony in medical malpractice actions pursuant to section 52-184c of the general statutes.
