2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2929 That the general statutes be amended to provide funding for uninsured health care services at local community hospitals by reducing the state earned income tax credit from the current thirty per cent of the federal level to fifteen per cent of the federal level.
