| 25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require gun store owners to safely secure their inventory of rifles by one of three measures: (1) Attaching the rifle to the wall by means of a secure locking coil, similar to a bicycle cable lock, (2) keeping the rifle under glass, or (3) keeping all entrances to the store locked with entry allowed only by means of an electronic buzzer system. | |
