AN ACT INCREASING FINES FOR SPEEDING AND FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the fines for any violation of the prohibitions against speeding or following too closely in a motor vehicle by fifty per cent.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase fines for certain motor vehicle violations.
