AN ACT ALLOWING THE USE OF CERTAIN THREE-WHEELED VEHICLES ON LOCAL ROADS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the operation of any enclosed, efficient three-wheeled vehicle on certain local roads, not including any limited access highways.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the use of certain three-wheeled vehicles on certain roads.
