AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGISTRATION AND OPERATION OF CERTAIN MOTOR-DRIVEN CYCLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 14-286 of the general statutes be amended (1) to require any operator of a motor-driven cycle to register such motor-driven cycle with the Department of Motor Vehicles, and (2) to prohibit the operation of any such motor-driven cycle by any operator who has not been issued a motor vehicle operator's license.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the registration of each motor-driven cycle and require any operator of a motor-driven cycle to hold a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
