AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE TO CERTAIN IMMIGRANTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to issue a motor vehicle operator's license to certain undocumented immigrants.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the issuance of a motor vehicle operator's license to certain immigrants.
