AN ACT LIMITING EXPENDITURES FROM THE SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any revenue deposited in the Special Transportation Fund shall be used only for transportation projects and purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent money in the Special Transportation Fund from being used for General Fund purposes.
