AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF TICKETS FOR MOTOR VEHICLE VIOLATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit any requirement that a police officer include the amount of the fine for any motor vehicle violation on any ticket for such violation issued to any motor vehicle operator.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit any requirement that a police officer include the amount of a fine on a ticket.
