23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality to make certain nonpermanent improvements along state roads within such municipality, including the placement and servicing of trash receptacles, without approval from the Department of Transportation. | |
