| 25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality with a population greater than forty-eight thousand to authorize, by ordinance, the use of automated traffic enforcement safety devices within such municipality to enforce the provisions of section 14-299 of the general statutes, concerning traffic control signals. | |
