AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE "HONOR AND REMEMBER" FLAG AS AN OFFICIAL SYMBOL OF THE STATE'S RECOGNITION OF FALLEN SOLDIERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 29 of the general statutes be amended to establish the "Honor and Remember" flag as an official symbol of the state's recognition of members of the armed forces who died in combat.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a symbol by which the state officially recognizes the sacrifice of fallen soldiers.
