AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGISTRY OF OFFENDERS WHO PREY ON ELDERLY PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 952 of the general statutes be amended to establish a publicly available state registry of persons convicted of offenses against elderly victims, including, but not limited to, those crimes described in sections 53a-321 to 53a-323, inclusive, of the general statutes.
Statement of Purpose:
To create a state registry of offenders who prey on elderly persons.
