AN ACT CONCERNING MINIMUM ROOF PITCH REQUIREMENTS FOR SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (2) of subsection (b) of section 10-291 of the general statutes be amended to change the minimum roof pitch requirement from one-half inch per foot to one-quarter inch per foot for school building projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To change the minimum roof pitch requirements for school building projects from one-half inch per foot to one-quarter inch per foot.
